What we teach, what we celebrate, and what we’re here to build in every girl.

About Us

I’m a mom of two girls.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years building a career in the corporate world, but I started my journey studying child psychology and education.

And I remember exactly what it felt like growing up — the doubts, the pressure, the moments I questioned myself when I should’ve believed.

If only I’d had a space back then — to build confidence, grow self-esteem, and celebrate what it means to be a girl.
A place to dance, dream, create, and belong.

That’s why I created Neon Pink Project.
Not just for my daughters — but for every girl who deserves to know she’s powerful, creative, and worthy.

This isn’t a quiet program.
It’s bold. Loud. Joyful. Proud.

We’re bringing dance, music, empowerment, sisterhood, and leadership to life through unforgettable experiences, workshops, and speakers.

We’re building a movement that makes every girl — and every woman — proud to shine brighter.
Proud to stand tall.
Proud to be her.

Because being a girl is something to celebrate.
